What inspired me to join Sphere was the opportunity to be part of a community of like-minded HR professionals who are genuinely passionate about people, growth, and continuous learning. Since joining, I’ve found the connections I’ve made to be incredibly valuable - whether through thoughtful discussions, shared resources, or simply knowing there's a network I can turn to for support and insight.

What’s been most meaningful to me about being part of the first Sphere cohort is the opportunity to connect with equally passionate HR leaders and exchange perspectives in a safe and open space. Those conversations helped me vet ideas, challenge assumptions, and gain new insights that I’ve brought back to my own work.

I also appreciated the focus on self-awareness through the psychometric assessment - it gave me a deeper understanding of how I lead and where I can lean in with more intention. Sphere has created such a thoughtful and supportive space, and I’m grateful to be part of it.
